These fabrics are dielectrically sealed to form enclosures for flotation logs and the galvanized chain ballast that also serves as a tension member. These are connected by a skirt that extends below the surface of the water, providing a flexible floating barrier.  ACME Boom & Baffle FabricsACME offers various combinations of flotation diameters, skirt lengths, chain ballast sizes, fabric types, top tension cable sizes and types, and end couplers.
