This video provides a close look at ACME Environmental’s Ex-Situ Remediation process utilizing our Terra Xtreme 3200, nicknamed “The Red Dragon.” This shredder has been customized with internal sprayers to apply our oxidation solution directly to the oil contaminated soil. This process is does not permanently damage the soil, allows for less waste dumping in landfills, promotes the regrowth of soil in its natural location and it eliminates the risk of having foreign soil types introduced, especially in agricultural locations.
EX-SITU CHEMICAL OXIDATION
ACME utilizes a mobile remediation unit to treat contaminated soil onsite by chemically oxidizing petroleum hydrocarbons utilizing a liquid amendment delivered by a dual spray system. Dependingon soil conditions, the unit can process 60-100 cubic yards of material per hour and can maintain material segregation or additional aeration of the material if required.

Our Ex-Situ process allows for the reuse of the same soil and rapid treatment onsite upon contact.
