An electro hydraulic power pack will be the best option for long-term applications. The maintenance of a diesel hydraulic power pack and pneumatic driven power pack will be labor intensive and require maintenance. An electro hydraulic power pack can be hard wired to a power supply and run oil spill removal equipment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
